No Condemnation

Romans 8:1-2 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.

When the devil tries to condemn you and tell you who you are, tell him, “No devil, you’re a liar!” And do it immediately because if you let thoughts linger, pretty soon you have no confidence before God. Satan is trying to steal your confidence before God and make your life miserable. He starts bringing thoughts immediately when you wake up in the morning, so right away (before he gets to talk too much) start pleading the blood. Let the first words that come out of your mouth proclaim that Jesus is Lord and the power of the blood of Jesus is at your disposal.

Too often, we don’t stop the thoughts the devil brings to our minds; we let them stay there. We might go on to read our Bibles and pray in tongues, but we let some thought dog us – and it’s a lie! Satan is a liar, and he attacks our minds and tries to manipulate things. The Bible says he accuses us before God 24/7. He knows how to accuse you because he’s seen what you’ve done; and you just sit there and take it because you think it’s true, and you start shrinking back. But we are not of those who draw back! We are going forward.

To do our job in these last days, we have to walk as the righteousness of God. We have to renew our minds to the Word of God so we know in our hearts who we are in Christ Jesus. Then we’ll know what to do when the enemy tries to stop the plan God has for our lives. That’s what he’s after; he’s after the work that was written down about you before the foundations of the earth.

Be bold as a lion and go after him. Take the Word and whip him with it. He’s a defeated foe in your marriage, your relationships, your financial situation….in every area of your life!
